Call for Papers – Direct/Interactive Marketing Research Summit

The 2012 Direct/Interactive Marketing Research Summit sponsored by the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (DMEF) will be held October 13-14, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas.

The Summit is an annual event that provides a forum for direct/interactive marketing and database marketing topics as well as issues of interest to marketing educators. The conference focuses on marketing research and marketing education and provides presentation platforms for both. Abstracts as well as full papers will be accepted. This is a must-attend for academics and Ph.D. students who are interested in pursuing research and teaching in this dynamic sector. There are numerous opportunities for academics to exchange ideas and learn from their colleagues and participating industry executives.

The Summit begins on Saturday, October 13th, 2012 and concludes on Sunday, October 14th, 2012. In addition, full-time academics and Ph.D. students will be provided with complimentary registration to DMA 2012 (10/14-10/17/12) Conference and Exhibition (this conference will feature hundreds of educational sessions, roundtables, forums and case studies on how to better engage customers across all channels, including social, mobile, video and more). You will have the opportunity to connect and share with practitioners from around the globe.

The conference will also provide you with an opportunity to visit the city that bills itself as the Entertainment Capital of the world. Renowned for its gambling, shopping and fine dining, visitors can also enjoy nearby outdoor attractions such as Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam and Lake Mead.
